An updated version of Persol’s 714 is replicated in tortoishell fitted with the King of Cool’s custom blue lenses.

A Gentleman's Comfort Food!

No. 1
I’ve always been a BIG fan of the Mac and Cheese so today when treating myself with a little not so good for you tailgating feast, I decided to create my own recipe for a MANly Macaroni and Cheese. A Reynolds Still exclusive!

Reynolds Still Chorizo Mac and Cheese

1 Lb. Elbow Macaroni
6 cups water
1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
5 oz. Pork Chorizo (Cacique)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Tbsp. Butter
½ Cup Flour
2 Cups Warmed Half and Half
2 Cups Warmed Milk
2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
16 oz Velveeta 2 % Milk Processed Cheese
1 Tbsp Ground Mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ cup Seasoned Bread crumbs
½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and cook the pasta to al dente.

No. 2
While the pasta and chorizo are cooking, in a separate pot melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and slowly add the warm milk, Worcestershire, ground mustard, salt/pepper, sharp cheddar and processed cheeses whisking until well blended.  Add cooked chorizo sausage and al dente macaroni mixing thoroughly with béchamel cheese sauce.

Add mixture to 9 x 13 baking dish topping with seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and rest for five minutes before serving.

Bon Appetit' Ya'll!

Reynolds

Reynolds Still Gentlemen's Club!

No. 1
Born January 25th, 1938, Miss Etta James is a powerhouse vocal phenomenon who has spent 6 decades bringing us all to our knees begging for MERCY! Known for her steamrolling, brassy vocals, the blues mama is winner of four Grammys and seventeen Blues Music Awards. Miss James has also been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1993, the Blues Hall of Fame in 2001, and the Grammy Hall of Fame in both 1999 and 2008. One of my all time favorite compilations is Etta James GOLD. It has 36 of her very best. If you ever want to experience the blues, this CD will break your heart…..in a good way! I want to extend a one up invitation to the Queen of Blues, Etta James to be one of the guys. She deserves her place in the Reynolds Still Gentlemen’s Club.

Sticky Sweet!

No. 1
As I sit here stuffing my face with my signature gourmet concoction of buttered red pepper and garlic popcorn, I am amazed at how a kernel of corn can be spun in so many creative directions. I recently discovered another popcorn enthusiast who may have the one up on my own kernel success. Salted Caramel has a unique product which combines sweet and savory with their BACON BOURBON CARAMEL CORN and SMOKED PECAN BOURBON CARAMEL CORN. Definitely an edgy combination, the flavor of this gourmet creation speaks for itself. You’ll definitely want to order some (CLICK HERE) for your next tailgate party!!! And when you do, be sure to tell them Reynolds sent ya.

Carried out in close cooperation with historical advisers, artisans and skilled craftsmen, each played an important role to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the building’s architecture.  Take a look inside!

Whiskey ROCKS!

No. 1
Keeping it neat, whiskey ROCKS are a new alternative to keeping the water out of your drink. Teroforma Whiskey stones are cubes of Vermont soapstone that can be chilled in the freezer and used in place of those melting ice cubes. Keeping your cocktail neat and clean without adding water is definitely something to raise your glass to.

No. 2
Cheers!
